Susan Mills began her career in 1968 with Time, Inc. working in journalism and consumer marketing.  From 1980 until 2007 her work focused on strategic positioning and market planning within the voice and data communications technology industry.  In March 2007 Susan founded EASE  to bring cross-sector business systems, on-line capabilities and market-based approaches to social and environmental purposes.  Her belief is that profitability and positive community impact can be mutually-reinforcing incentives to act. In August 2008 Susan helped form MMA with Adam to provide consulting and management services.  This relationship matured concepts from the energyEASE07 conference into the full EASE Change Suite of services and systems.
