MMA has worked closely with EASE ( www.easeinitiative.com) to develop The EASE Change Suite.  We believe this is the first-ever complete approach to self-sustaining large-scale change, encompassing on-line planning, operations and financial support capabilities.

This EASE approach helps large-scalel change movements become financially self-sustaining over time and scale their best practices quickly, efficiently and effectively.  MMA uses EASE Change Suite capabilities and systems in virtually all of its work.

This approach offers an invitation for us to come together to address the world’s most challenging issues.  As the human community has expanded, reflected by its rapidly growing and interdependent global economies, we are experiencing limits to the capacities of numerous human and natural systems (health, food, energy and others).   While we see the unfortunate effects of these changes, perhaps they offer us an unparalleled opportunity.  Might our time of greatest challenge also become our hour of greatest vision, courage, and possibility?

The EASE Change Suite is a four-offer set of inter-connected online collaboration and planning capabilities and project performance systems.  The Suite supports a change effort from initial start-up through its implementation and on-going success that encompasses thousands of participants.  It includes:
